For our math lessons, we worked on positional words like: above, below, next to, beside, etc.
We worked hard in Literacy Lab this week as well!
Students worked with me to review the letters Ff & Cc as well as their sounds. We also worked on our new letter this week Jj, played a sight word game, and practiced guided reading.
Students worked with Ms. Stewart on writing their alphabet, matching upper/lowercase letters and practiced guided reading.
The students also worked hard on their iReady lessons as well!

For Fun Friday, Mrs. Ball helped students make name Christmas trees.
We also did a following directions activity where students had to listen and complete the directions step by step.
We read a Gingerbread story called "The Little Cookie" and students got to draw themselves eating the cookie on the last page.
Students also began working on their Christmas presents for their families.
Stay tuned for more info on them later!
We also listened to the story "The Mitten" and students created their own mittens.
Then we did a sequencing activity to go with the story.
Ms. Solich came to help us make a good bye present for Ms. Stewart. I will post a picture next week!
Her last day is this Thursday and we will miss her so much!
Thursday morning we got to ride a bus over to the high school to practice our Christmas program.
Gabriel from our class was chosen to be a Christmas tree and they all did a wonderful job!
